For eligible course products (including the Etsy Digital Product Starter Kit and The Multitaskers), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the course material, implement the workflows, and do not see progress, email us at hello@ivysystem.co within 30 days of purchase.

2. Digital Downloads & Instant Access Assets

Standalone digital files, prompt libraries, and mockup vaults delivered instantly upon payment are subject to specific digital product withdrawal terms in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

3. Subscriptions

For recurring services (such as IVY Shield and NO PS), you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account panel. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
